INTRODUCTION TO WORK PSYCHOLOGY

You have seven days to complete this examination, but it is expected that you spend no more than three times the duration of the original examination completing it. Employee health and wellbeing can be affected by workplace stress. Discuss different factors that can cause stress, and what potential outcomes of high stress might be. 4. Describe and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of different selection methods. From these, use justification from evidence-based literature to identify two methods you would recommend organisations use in recruitment. Make sure to answer all parts of the question. 5. Critically evaluate two major workplace leadership theories.
