In this final part of the assessment, you will evaluate your own performance and contribution to
the
case study analysis process. This will include:
 an overview of your individual case study learning experience (what was good, what was
bad, what could have been done differently)
 a critical review of the organisational behavior‘ theme’ and how it relates to the case study
 a reflection on your team processes (including your individual role and contribution to the
team)
 a reflection on other presentations
 reflect on how you will use the new knowledge and skills to improve work situations
You will need to:
 objectively reflect on and critically evaluating your own progress and development
 identify gaps in your understanding and capabilities
 learn how to improve your performance
 learn independently and thinking critically
